1: Where should I put the Plasma Air Purifier device ?

The Plasma Air purifier is designed to be mounted in your HVAC unit. Ions distributed through your HVAC system circulate throughout your home, clearing air and surfaces of unwanted contaminants like allergies, mold, bacteria, viruses and VOCs. Typically, our Plasma Air PA604 units are effective for up to 2,400 cfm.

 

2: How can I install the Plasma Air Purifier device?

We will help you with the installation after you purchase the device. The device installation will be done by our certified electricians after confirmation. 

 

3: How long is the warranty on Plasma Air Purifier? 

The Plasma Air PA604 air purifier comes with a 1 year warranty (Hong Kong only).

4: How long does the Plasma Air Purifier last?

It lasts 5-7 years (depending on usage and circumstance).

 

5: How do I clean debris off the brush heads?

Using any non abrasive object, lightly brush the heads to remove debris.
